Wide-plank hardwood for $2.89 a square foot? Yep, but only while it lasts. We just put a closeout on Lake Como engineered hardwood in the color Ballera at our Gadsden warehouse, and it's one of the best deals on real hardwood we've had in a while.

A Clean, Modern Look That Doesn't Go Out of Style

Ballera is the clean, modern, timeless look so many folks are asking for right now. It's a light, natural tone that brightens up a room, like the bedroom in the photo above, and it works with just about any style of furniture, paint color or trim. If you want a floor that will still look current years from now, this is a safe bet.

Wide, Long Planks for a High-End Feel

Part of what makes Lake Como look so expensive is the plank size. Each board is 7.5" wide and 75.2" long. Wide, long planks mean fewer seams across the room, so the floor reads as calm and open instead of busy. It's the kind of look you usually see in pricier homes, and it makes smaller rooms feel bigger too.

Built for Stability

Lake Como has a 3/8" engineered build. Engineered hardwood is made in layers, which helps it stay stable and resist the movement you can get with solid boards as the seasons change. You still get the real wood look on top, with a construction made to hold its shape.

Great for Homes, Flips and Rentals

Whether you're updating your own house, finishing a flip, or turning over a rental, Lake Como gives you a real hardwood look at a closeout price that's easy on the budget. Buyers and renters notice floors first, and a wide light plank like Ballera shows great in listing photos.
